The rear horned baboon is known for the horn on its carapace, which points backwards. It is a burrowing species that webs a lot.
Give deep substrate, keep it mostly dry and give a water dish. It is a good eater and grows quite fast.
It is defensive and fast, so it suits keepers who already have experience with Old World tarantulas.
