The Indian ornamental is a large tree-dwelling tarantula with a grey and black pattern and a yellow band under the front legs. It is one of the easier Poecilotheria to keep, but it is not a beginner animal.
Give a tall enclosure with a cork bark slab or tube, lightly damp substrate and good ventilation.
It is extremely fast. Plan every maintenance step and never work with the lid fully open.
